What does Tier Site Sanitation rent?
Tier Site Sanitation rents 5 kinds of units for events, job sites and homes. Each one is delivered, serviced and picked up by truck. Event units come from a separate, newer fleet used only for events. Job site units stay on site with weekly service included.

- Restroom trailers in 2-stall, 3 to 4 stall and larger sizes
What does the business not do?
Tier Site Sanitation does not rent dumpsters, fencing or shower trailers, and does not pump home septic systems. Units are delivery only, so you cannot tow one yourself. Phones are closed on Sunday, so weekend events get a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup.
Where and when is service available?
Service reaches about 80 miles from Shelton. That covers all of Connecticut except the far northeast corner, plus Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties in New York. Phones and dispatch are open Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed Sunday.

How do quotes and billing work?
Every order gets one itemized quote. It lists the unit, delivery and pickup, servicing and tax, with no fuel surcharge and no card fee. Most quotes go out within 15 minutes during business hours. What you are quoted is what you pay unless you change the order.
Events pay one flat price for 1 to 5 days. Job sites and long rentals bill per 28-day cycle with weekly service, and renew until you call or text for pickup. There is no long-term contract.
