What information does the quote form collect?
The quote form collects the details needed to price a rental. Required fields are ZIP code, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, and phone number. Name, email and notes are optional. No payment card details are collected on this website.
How is the form sent?
Quote form details are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form processor, to the Tier Site Sanitation email inbox. Web3Forms handles the message in transit so it can be delivered. Its own privacy policy covers how it processes form data. Form details are not stored in a database on this website.
If you call, text or email instead, your message goes straight to Tier Site Sanitation.
How is my information used?
Your information is used only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and bill your rental. That includes calling or texting you about your quote, delivery time or pickup. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and it is not sold, rented or traded to anyone.
Details are shared only when needed to run your rental, such as with a payment processor at booking. They may also be shared when the law requires it.
Will you call or text me?
Tier Site Sanitation may call or text the number you provide about your quote and rental. That includes the quote itself, delivery calls and pickup confirmations. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell us by phone or email. Message and data rates may apply.
How long is my information kept?
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to answer them and handle any rental. Booking and billing records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. You can ask for quote details that did not lead to a rental to be deleted.
Does the site use cookies?
The site uses no tracking cookies by default. There is no advertising tracking and no cross-site profile built from your visit. If analytics or other tools are added later, this policy will be updated first to explain what they collect and how to opt out.
What about children?
This site is meant for adults booking rentals. It is not directed to children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them. If you think a child sent information through the quote form, email or call, and those details will be deleted.
What rights do Connecticut residents have?
The Connecticut Data Privacy Act gives residents rights over personal data held by covered businesses. These include the right to access, correct or delete data, and to opt out of its sale. Tier Site Sanitation does not sell personal data. You can make any request by email or phone.
Requests are answered within the time the law allows, after confirming who you are.
